Hamburger mini speaker

Hi to everybody!I just bought a Hamburger mini speaker.I tested it first on the store,by plugging on my Palm Lifedrive.The music is at least 3x louder and the quality is good enough for me.Once in my house,i put the mini speaker jack on my pc,and its working fine.The real reason i bought the speaker,to use it on my laptop.When i connected the mini speaker to my laptop,the volume is so low.The built in laptop,s speaker,is much more louder by about 5-8 times.It,s just a bit louder,when you whisper.I use my headphone,and connect to the laptop,the volume is great.Then i used my pc speaker to my laptop,and also the sound or volume is very loud and clear.Please help me on my problem.

I wish i could help you.But i really can't,terribly sorry. Maybe you'd better go the shop where you bought it to solve ur problem

BTW,I bought a Ferrari sport car mini speaker for my laptop on http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150911536420 and it works very well when connected to other digital devices.

pc speakers have a built in amplifier. I have a small amplifier for my laptop and it works great , check this out ......http://boostaroo.com/ .....Digger
