Video resizing Software?

Can someone please name me a good video software that can resize video PROPERLY without lowering the quality or ******* up the video

Since in 99.99% of the cases we'll be decompressing and recompressing the video there will be quality loss. There is also a long discussion about how to pick what color that non-existant pixel should be when we change the frame size.

So no, there is no perfect solution today for this unless you have DV content and are shrinking in perfect multiples where we can use 2x reduction and output to DV. That's the only zero error method.

that is simply not true....the deemon does it slow but perfectly
both up and downsizing and resizing

check out the deemon...made by russian professors and nerds
