iBuyPower PC's Good for budget gamers?

Hey all I'm in dire need of a affordable gaming machine. I'm playing dragon age origins atm on low and it still lags a tad. I can't complain as I have an eMachine with a nVidia 8400gs in it I bought for STO Online (and quit playing). So I found this PC, and I've not heard anything "bad" about iBuyPower PC's, however is this machine worth it? Will I be able to play most games that are out on high settings? Thanks ahead of time for checking it out, any helpful reply is welcome!

That's near the bottom of gaming machines. If your emachine is a dual core CPU with 2 or so GB RAM why not treat it to a much better video card like a Nvidia GT 240 1GB?

Power Supply

I have a 300w (came with it), any good graphics card takes 450+, normally 500. Also how can anyone buy something in the thousand dollar range in this economy? Would you or anyone show me a standard yet good gaming PC that's affordable (300 every 2 weeks hurts, especially with bills).....

Also ATI Radeon HD graphics cards are normally the best....why nvidia?

I'm sure with text my reply seems aggressive, however I do not mean it that way, I'm just looking for a affordable machine ($500-$650) Range so I can play and buy games without worrying they won't work on even medium settings. The only game I play that can be played on high is WoW, Thanks I hope you'll reply with more helpful info.

After looking on newegg/tigerdirect I can only find a suitable PSU that is 60dollars (that obviously doesn't count the new graphics card, plus I'd like to have a machine just for gaming and use this one for storage, and other things).

Let me share the rig I have.

It's a HP d4999t with the usual quad core, 4GB RAM and a GT240 1GB video card by Zotac. I went with their fanless card to cut down on noise and since it's a big case, zero heat problems.

On the P3 Watt Meter (see google) it's under 99 Watts during web, email and such and goes up to 120 Watts during game play. I use the stock 350 Watt PSU which as you can see is not being overtaxed at this point.
