BB SERVER STOPPED SENDING MAILS TO PHONES

Hello All,
My BB server has been running smoothly for some weeks now and suddenly it stopped sending mails to phone even when all the services have started without error and running.
The BES is running on win 2003 sp 2.
I have shut down and restarted all the services but with no solution. Am confused.
Please I need help.
