there are apple centres but not for bb, we have difficulties here, there is no help, i'm in munich & new on bb, it would be nice to have some school or tipps seminars on bb; Here phones are different, providers too, anything so almost, the cnet is mostly for the States

It's the market. If there was euros to be had for helping with that, then there would be shops that provide such help. What I find today is that folk want more free help which means person to person help forums like this one are pretty popular.

I've always found help for almost any issue, for a price.
