bb 9000 no sound on playback

Recording and playing back vedios or recorded sounds was not a problem. Now video is perfect, but no sound on playback. What could be the problem? Is it settings?

have you try turn on all alert? 2nd thing try to reinstal you bb

If the headphones were pulled out while playing video or sound, then they need to be replaced, play a video with sound, close the video and reset the device. This fix is available online when searched for.
