Bold 9000

While updating the operating system on my Bold 9000 I do not recall what I did and lost all preloaded ringtones and I am unable to get them back.
Please advise any solutions on reloading the original ringtones

Might be the unlocking issue!!

The issue may be due to the fact your phone is locked and i had the same issue while updating the operating system on my Bold 9000.
I suggest you to contact the guys at
