AT&T brought phone/dsl line to grey box on the outside.

AT&T brought phone/dsl line to grey box on the outside of the house. Was told it would be very easy to connect my modem and phone line. 2 wires, orange on red and red on orange. Small clamp connector. Nothing I found at the electronics store matches this clamp.
How do I attach the phone line to this outside line? Attaching the modem and running the lines to the different rooms will be easy - large attic access.

Can I attach an exterior cat5 cable to my ATT grey box in order to get internet 150' away in an outbuilding? Does it require a technician? What kind of connector should I expect?

Here the DSL is not CAT5 but telephone wire. I see no reason why you can't do this but be aware that speeds may drop. Try both wiring methods. That is, I'd try the wire pair first.

Since this is just 2 wires it rarely requires a tech.

It's basic wiring and the only thing you didn't mention were the common DSL filters. The modem gets no filters and the other things do.

It's 2 wires so how to write any more?
