When I installed this software using the CD and key etc. I did not include "One Note".

Can I run the Cd again and just select One Note?

You run the setup program from the CD to install new components or uninstall components you don't need any more. Anyway, that was how it was done in earlier versions. Never done it in the 2007 version, but it should be the same.
