I have paid with my card over the net for the 1 year AVAST @ 19.99. I can not get it to load. Can you help me out?

Can you download the free version?

On the free version, I was able to do it twice with no problem. I don't think anyone can help here on you problem. On the website I believe it tell you what to do in case you can't download. Have you try what they have suggested?
