Pioneer 1019 set up question

Recently purchased a Pioneer 1019. I understand I may be able to use my TV to see the set-up instructions as I set up the Pio instead of using the Pio desplay. I have a Samsung pn50A550. I connected a video cable from the Monitor Video on the Pio to a Video In on the Samsung side panel. But I don't see the Pio on my "Sources". Would appreciate any suggestions. Maybe I am trying to do something that can't be done...oh well.

"Just found out the answer to my question. I did not realize that there was another "receiver" button at the bottom right of my remote. Got the GUI screen up now. Got the answer looking through the AVS forum."
