rollback ie8 to ie7

to render my laptops Vaio Updater to install, I find that it is
necessary to use the older version of Internet Explorer.
appreciate any help.

- Control Panel>Add/Remove
- Locate Windows Internet Explorer
- Click remove
There's the previous version again!
