ATT phone service

I have been with ATT phone service since 98, then it changed to Cingular then back to ATT. that is almost 14yrs.
I had not had any problems with this service. but when you are going thru hard times they do not work with you.
phone was turned off because of not being able to pay completed balance (I did make a payment) then I paid the balance and the time frame was from aug 18 to sept 18 when they cancelled my phone. now to turn service back on i need to pay $800 deposit.
all i owe is next bill due 10/10/12
i am disappointed to think you spend so much time with a phone complany and they disregard all those years of paying for phone service in otherwords i have been a faithful partner in thier company if you think about it.
Perturb about this situation.

T-mobile is have the price of att and verizon and you can always try using pay as you go. It does suck when you're loyal to a business that isnt. I feel for you on that regard. I feel I get tricked with my phone bill. Certain months for no reason it just seems to be outrageous. Thats actually why I started looking around. Good luck
