Buzz Out Loud Lounge forum: Cyberscrub does NOT work - test I did

I am a CS Rep. I disagree with your observations. If you use the product with all the correct steps then you should not see anything which is deleted and recover it.
Which version of Privacy Suite are you using?
What is your subscription Status?
Did you use Scramble file and Folder properties?
Did you wipe Shadow Copies?
There are many such type of questions. If a tool is given for particular purpose then it has to be used for that particular purpose properly. Our product has been tested with forensic data recovery and has been successfully passed all the tests.
Please send an email to the CyberScrub Support team and provide them all the info on what you are doing and follow their directions and I am sure you will come back here and change your review.

Good luck. I purchased a copy many years ago (version 4.0). During installation it crashed, causing me to install once again. The software came back with an invalid software key. I contact CS several times and was told they had no record of my purchase. After a few angry email exchanges over a matter of a month or so, I received a CD through the post. I emailed them to explain that if there was no record of my purchase then why had a received a copy of the software on CD. Their tact then changed and they would not budge on helping me. Believe this is an example of a software developer who really does not want to look after your custom once they have your money.

It's interesting that the address indicated as available for cancellation is the same as what has been stated is a non reply address!
I was a Cyberscrub customer for several years until I needed technical support which was ignored for several months before your company decided to respond by sending me a link to download a new copy rather than deal with the issue itself. By that time, I'd stopped using your product and purchased similar product from a company that still supports its offering. I never downloaded your new copy,I don't use your product and I don't want your subscription.
I have already talked to my credit card company and I will file a dispute should they honor your subscription "reactivation".
Your company once had a good product but all that's necessary today is to google "findmyorder" or Cyberscrub to realize the number of people who have had the same difficulty that I've described.
In addition to having discussed this issue with my credit card company to be notated on my account today,I've copied this letter, timestamped,to be sent to my credit card immediately. I'll be watching my credit card should you decide to ignore my request.
