Reflects poorly on her character? Who the h* are you to make such a judgment? Many women are choosing to have children now without being married. And last I checked, she is a woman, not a young girl. She's a professional woman who has her own career, not some 14 year old high school dropout.

But even having to explain this is absurd in the year 2010. If you think the "message" she is sending is somehow devoid of the facts that she worked hard, went to school, got a good job and made it into television as well is going to be forgotten, and young girls are only going to see she got pregnant without being married, I don't know what to tell you. Her private life is her private life.

Ok, I guess it's dishonourable to bed with somebody who's married. But people make mistakes, or people lie. Who knows what happened.
But by what reasoning are you going by in saying it's immoral to have a child out of wedlock? Who is harmed? That's her choice and power to her if she thinks she can handle it on her own. If anything it is setting a good example to younger girls, of strength and independence.
