Cheap "Family Pack" of Windows 7 -- 3 licenses ~$120

If you look at a couple of the "hot deals" sites today (10/21), you'll see that there are a number of threads about how to get a Windows 7 Family Pack (Windows 7 Home Premium), which is 3 licenses for $149 retail --but also an easy way to get it $30 cheaper at a particular store if you check the thread.
Yes, XP users can buy the Windows 7 Upgrade and install it, but it has to be a clean install.
Vista users can buy the upgrade pack as well, and it can be installed in-place or as a clean install. I'm pretty sure an in-place install will require an equivalent version of Vista on your machine. To be clear, you can't upgrade Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Home Premium in-place. I'm pretty sure you can easily do a clean install, though, of Windows 7 Home Premium no matter the Vista version.
Windows 2000? Out of luck. You need to buy the full retail and clean install.

Hope this passes the mod test.
