Nice goin' Udayan - the forum definitely keeps on purpose thx to your cleaning up what doesn't need to be here. and yes, including some stuff I add mistakenly.

The forums are kept spam free by more than a few methods. After a few hundred or more g mail invites we found some were asking for paypal "donations" or worse yet the gmail address was added to spam lists if you took them up on their offer.
A little discussion among the moderators and we decided that this did indeed violate a forum policy. There was a few complaints about that but the boards soon returned to their normal paths plus we saw less spam.
Maybe this helps, maybe it doesn't but I read your Sheriff post and couldn't resist asking what's up.
