PS3 Audio Cutting Out?

I have a 1 year old PS3 which was working fine until I started playing Uncharted 3 used copy. The video and audio was completely out of sync and there were audio cutouts during my first time playing it. So I removed it and played it after a couple of hours after cleaning the disc.
Then the problem was sort of fixed and there was no cutouts of sound. So I played it for 3 hours and reached a fire building and the audio came out of sync and there were cutouts. This problem continued for all chapters. But the cutouts and sync issues were not present when I watched the cutscenes manually from the gallery. I think the ps3 is being pushed to its limits during my gameplay.
I removed the disc and tried playing Assassins Creed Brotherhood new copy. Unfortunately the same audio cutout had spread to it. The audio which was fine a week ago was now cutting out. This problem was present also in Assassins Creed 2. But the audio was fine when I played GTA IV and Battlefield Bad Company 2.
I tried the Full format but it was of no use. I also tried changing my HDMI cable and also using Analog cables. But the problem persists.
Please tell me if this is the problem of my PS3 hard-drive or blu-ray drive or software issues or my TV. I am running the new 4.11 software.
Should I replace my hdd or something like that...
Here is a video link to my problem. You can clearly see that the dialogue sound breaks and returns and sync problems.
