How do i run Phantasy Star Universe in fullscreen?

I am looking to run Phantasy Star Universe, offline in fullscreen. I have tried to adjust my resolution, i also have tried to run PSU in compatibility mode for Windows XP but all to no avail. It will not allow me to uncheck window mode or adjust screen size in the game options. I am running windows 7 and have a AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graphics card. Any help is much appreciated.

Had to make a correction: My primary graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470, in case that makes a difference!
