TurtleBeach X31 giving crackling sounds, PLS HELP

Hello,
So I recently moved residences and my TurtleBeach X31s are acting up. Also bought a new TV, and that might have something to do with it. Prior to moving they worked fine. Now...
-Crackling sounds abound. I read online that TurtleBeach 2.4ghz frequency interferes with many routers, and tried unplugging the router in my room and it improved slightly. No large crackles and pops or sound dropping out, but still annoying small little pops. I'm going to try to relocate the router tomorrow.
-There is a small echoing "pop" now every time I'm selecting things on the dashboard. This is with the router unplugged.
-The white noise and low buzz seems to be increased. I read that the USB port on the 360 is particularly loud, but even when I plug the TB USB into the TV, similar problems.
-There are no audio outs on my new TV. For this reason alone I'm considering exchanging it. TV is an LG 42" LCD, 1080p 120ghz. I bought the audio converter so I can plug the red/white audio cables into the 360. However, I've read that doing this can create a doubling effect on the audio, which could account for the echoing pops on the dashboard.
Bottom line, help a brotha out. It seems like it's a problem with the headphones. Will upgrading to the X41 solve my problems? I need help. Been trying to figure this out for awhile and it's keeping me from gaming at night, which is the prime time when I can really game.
Thanks
