Best headphones for ds lite at a moderate price?

I already checked the reviews here about some good headphones and earphones at a non-expensive price. My budget only allows me not to spend more than $50 by the way. I bought the v-moda bass freq earphones for my ds lite and they work great, but still I dont feel too much comfortable with them. I wanted to know if the Koss Portapro are a good option for my ds or which other should I buy.
I will only be using them for the ds lite, so I dont think I need to buy a $250 and up Bose headphones in order to "get the most, if not all", of the console's sound system.

I know some folks in the audiophile community would scoff at me but I got a pair of 11mm "SkullCandy Full Metal Jacket" ear buds for free from mycokerewards.com and they are actually really good! I notice lots of ambient sounds I missed without the headphones and the bass quality is also top notch! I definitely recommend them but check around on the price before you buy... I got mine for free but I think the retail is closer to $50...
