Advice on Network Design (MLPPP, 15+ LAN Nodes, Gigabit-E)

Hey guys,
A little preface to the situation... I've currently got the entire infrastructure wireless using a single Buffalo WZR-HP-G450H as the router (connected to single ADSL WAN) and main 802.11N AP, from here I've got 3 additional WZR-HP-G450H's set to bridge mode with wired 10/100 cat5 nodes connected to them at various locations.
I've got a network PTZ camera connected to one of the bridges, and then feeding a constant video stream to a DVR in another building.
Needless to say, the network is saturated and bottle-necking somewhere -- I believe that to be a mixture of limitations from the wireless, and the fact that everything is overly complicated with all of the bridges.
LAN speed is slow, and local latency is a bit high (30-50ms); SPT enabled, no affect.

I'm in the process of having a bonded ADSL MLPPP setup allowed; I'm also going to revamp the entire network -- the plan is to get a Cisco Series 100 switch and a Cisco RV-042 MLPP capable router, and then run CAT6 to each node, connected to the gigabit switch. Using only wireless for devices such as phones, tablets, etc.

Can you all provide any other advice on the situation and proposed network changes?
