Printing in Simply Accounting

I have simply set up and running. My problem is when I try to print the help files (always learning) in the program it won't allow me to print to the default printer. I can print the help files to other printers available.

I can print all other files including cheques, invoices, reports etc to the default printer.

Any help would be appreciated.

When this happens to me I install DoPDF then print to that then print that PDF. Free, works so I don't have to call for support.

Make a copy of the default printer, with a different name (and possibly different settings).

I've got my only printer defined 3 times with 3 different names (one with standard quality, one with draft quality and one with 2 pages to one and draft quality). Saves me a lot of ink without having to changes the settings each time.
