Help with Start Up Small Business and Checking Account

Hello, I have recently started a small business. We are operating as a General Partnership in the state of Texas. Because we have not yet been able to file our DBA, we have not been able to open a business checking account. I received our initial funding a couple of weeks ago and have been using my personal checking account for expenses and purchasing of equipment. When I am able to open a business checking account how will I be able to account for the transactions made prior to this? I am very experienced in Finance and Accounting and have keep astute records, I just want to separate my business and personal accounts and start using an accounting software to keep track of my ledger.
