stream video across businesses

So I own a business that has multiple locations. We have an internet site with various pieces of information I always want displayed at my sites. I was hoping to stream this site on all the TV's. I was wondering if there was an easier way to do this than get a Apple TV like device and surf the net individually for each tv. I think of Buzztime trivia and wonder how they do it? Do they have a broadcast satellite channel for themselves? Any suggestions to get me moving in the right general direction would be appreciated.
