start stop universal digital transcription HELP

I have called, emailed, and called tech support again and again and have not gotten any response, so basically they are a joke. I need some help with Start/Stop Universal digial transcription..we use Start/Stop at all of our offices, one of our offices is having a couple of issues and all users at that office experience the same issues.
#1. The amount of time that it takes for the dictation to get into the gueue can be a few hours, we have our refresh time set to every 600sec. This is causing issues between the sender of the dictation and the transcriber since some of the dictations need to be done ASAP.
#2. When the dictation is moved to done or after being deleted it stays in the queue for several days which is causing confusion between the transcribers.
All of the offices have been set up the same, if it was an issue with the set up it would be with all offices, I don't know why this office is having problems. Is there anyone that can help point me in a direction to look to see if the that is causing the problem?? Please any help is greatly appreciated...
