Copyright infringement

I want to start a YouTube channel with software tutorials, but I don't know if using the software on the video would constitute copyright infringement. If things worked out well and I had good view numbers, then I would try to apply for the partner program, but first I need to know my videos are not breaking the copyright laws.

For MOST software. No issue.

However there is always an exception. Oracle database software for example used to and may still forbids anything that gets close to benchmarking.

Common like word, even browsers like google chrome and also windows vista. Also perhaps legally free software. Do you know where can I exactly see that Iam free to use them on my tutorials?

For some, nothing less than a lawyer will do for this. If you feel that need, then you know your next stop.

Can you share why this came up? Is there some suit that made you ask?

that you would need legal advice about this.

But I do, regularly, see "Personal Tuition" videos on YouTube and such like for all sorts of software.

What I mean is, the Everyday Joe who videos how he uses software and uploads that to the hosting site. They are still tutorial videos, but perhaps those type get around any legal problems? Your legal team will tell you.
