Outlook Contact help

I want to display more fields in the contacts folder so I can select multiple contacts to add to a distribution list.
I don't want to have to go through my whole contacts folder and pick names out one at a time.
Can I do that? Any suggestions?

In your Contacts folder, click on the first contact you want to include in your distribution list.

Now hold down the 'Ctrl' key and select each additional contact you want to include.
When finished, click "Edit >> Copy".

Now paste into your distribution list.
