I Have Some JPEG Files but I want to edit some text on it. So I convert it in Doc. Format.
Is It Possible?

This is the Small Business forum. Not sure why you are posting in here when there are other forums available.
However, you cannot convert an image into .doc format. But what you can do is cheat.
If you are using Windows open MSPaint or otherwise your favorite image editor and load the image. Use the Text Tool, (typically the "A" icon tool), and add text. Then use "Save as" to save this image under a different name. This preserves the original.
Open Word, then use Insert > Image to insert this image file.
That works for me.
