Transfering my old harddrive into a new one

I'm going to upgrade my old HD, I need a good way or a program to pass old my old HD data (including the OS) to the new and bigger HD. So I can boot from the new one and keep all my music, data, etc... My existing OS is Windows 7 Ultimate and there are not going to be any changes in the hardware, other than the new HD.

We usually recommend Clonezilla. It's open source, so it's free.
