Got scammed on ebay. What should I do now? Please advise.

Hello. After asking the seller a question about a product on the eBay official site, I wanted to buy it. He faked an eBay e-mail, an Invoice, providing me the name of an "eBay" supposed agent. I had to send the money to that agent as an insurance for eBay Buyer Protection. The eBay logos were copied perfectly, including the Customer Care live chat so I believed the mail was genuine. I sent him the money via MoneyGram and found out that I was fooled. The user was "Top Rated" so I didn't worry, but it seems that even the toprated users are fraudulous...so please...is there any way to get a refund? eBay should be responsable, because they have promoted the user and the user's auction.

you can your nearest e-bay office to get advice on what to do next. They are pretty helpful.
