Dell shouldn't be doing that at all, so it sounds like you may have a malware infection, or more specifically a hijacked browser. However, more details are necessary, such as what operating system you are running and what browser(s) you are using. Once that's identified, run scans with your antivirus and antispyware software. If you don't have any, Avast Home antivirus, Windows Defender, and Ewido are all good free options. Also try resetting your browser settings. (In Internet Explorer go Tools->Internet Options->Programs and click "reset web settings." If the problem continues we can move onto HiJackThis.
