PC Clock keeps losing time

My wife's PC system clock doesn't seem to be able to keep time. It seems to get 2 hours and 10 minutes off quickly after I change the time. I even installed an atomic clock sync tool. The other PCs in the house do not seem to have this problem. I would welcome any suggestions.

Cmos battery

The cmos battery is probably bad. Any indication at POST? Errors?
