currupted dll

I downloaded Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5. A few weeks later my computer started acting up. I rebooted it, and suddenly it started trying to install Roxio Media Creator again. After a few tries it would say it could not locate the certificate dll. Is there any way I can remove this program from my computer? Every time I run or try different programs, Easy media creator tries to install, and I have to keep pressing the cancel install button. Someone please help this computer novice.
