I Froogled for a new RAZR v3I phone, and found this web site (http://shop.1asecure.com/index.cfm?stid=5316 ) for a store called Jordans, which professes to be a volume dealer that also sells to the public. Their prices is MUCH cheaper than anywhere else. Too good to be true? Does anybody have any experience with them? I want to check before writing a check!
Thanks.
I purchased a digital camera from this company in May. I still have not received the camera and I am beginning to believe that I was scammed. I have left several messages for them as well as several emails and I have not received any response. They did send me an email saying that my order was shipped, but there was no confirmation number and like I said, I still have not received anything. The price is right, but I wouldn't suggest the company.
I saw the same ad via Froogle and even placed an order but felt funny about it. If any one has had a good experience please reply. I saw that they do have a toll-free number. Have you tried to call them?
The number is: 877-984-3248
If they are not legit then we need to contact Google/Froogle.
Thanx!
Jake...
If you call the number you get a recorded message saying to dial your party's extension or leave a message. No way to get a human, unless you know an extension. The message also refers you to their website, which is no help, since that's where you started. . .
I have purchased several times from JTJ Online. Great prices and speedy delivery (if you consider one week speedy!). Suggestion: divide orders if ordering in bulk: two orders of 5 units are processed quicker than one order of ten.
or are you working for JTJ online?
I just received an offensive message report from you: username "tjvegas", stating that you are a legal representative for JTJ online, yet you post this positive message as a customer? So which is it going to be? Please clarify because this is a disservice to this member as far as feedback goes and absolutely confusing to me as to who you really want to represent--a customer or a person who is affliated with JTJ online?

I myself am VERY worried by this post and the email i just got after the post from tj. See I ordered a bunch of products because they at first look all right nice webpage , domain name , ssl, on froogle etc. but if you look at the backend you find mailing address is a storage unit in NY (rented mailbox) Phone Number 718-361-3021 and that all the emails come from coffie shop ip address late nights 69.176.213.202. May be normal they may be ok but if this is a scam im in a HUGE world of hurt considering I had about $15,000 in money orders sent so far and trusted them after the first sets of emails and not finding any post on the net to send em out directly to customers for me. Its time for them to put up the goods to the customers and then I will get on here and write great things they said in email today all my orders will be sent by this friday...hummmm. If not im gonna have to sue em and only pray to keep my rear out of jail because my customers will be pissed and paypal does not play in large amounts like that. Sad part is I have a 1 year old depending on me and if im gone because of this greatly designed assumed scam company it really would be bad. My customers are starting to wonder. I tried many many times to get them to call me with no luck and you can never reach them at the number they provide, no matter how many messages. I asked many times to provide tracking numbers no go. If you are real post a real number and register with the BBB in ny city before one huge complaint gets filed with them, along with mail fraud and reports with many other sources.
I got here from Google and friggin' freaked after reading the What If posts. I paid these people on the 7th of June and then read the posts here. Thank you for making the last few days awful. My Moto Q is going to make this the best Dad's Day EVER! I understand this is a place to posts concerns, but from what I gather some of these posts are people who placed orders like me and are nervous. I am always nervous when I order online. But at least now I know that Jordans is OK. I also noticed that some negative posts here are from others who sell similar products. Hmmmm!
Ms. Roman. This individual cancelled the box and gave it to somebody else. The address provided is to a storage company with Post office boxes.
i saw that their website dissapeared and i never got my $169.99 refund. i sent them emails but never got a reply. does anyone know how to contact these people and get my money back?
they have claimed that to many of the people in this forum.. if you want people are trying to get a class action against them.. there are also a form to fill out with the FBI against this.. you pretty much kiss your money goodbye
I've been had by JTJ Online as well and keep getting an autoreply saying to contact the Philadelphia office, but I can't find the number... Has anyone got it? Or any number that I can use to get through to them?
Thanks
I placed two orders for Pebl phones the first week of this month. I sent the wrong amount ($10. less than I was supposedto)... My phones arrived about a week later, and I am absolutely satisfied. Why player hate? True - they cater to bulk buyers, but I'm a little gal, and I give em two thumbs up.

I sent a money order yesterday to pay for three PEBLs. Great price with their discounts ($160 each). Has anyone else paid with money orders? Is it safe?
