Adobe Photoshop Photos unaccessible
by morrasiconolfi - 11/14/09 3:21 PMHave photos stored in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0, but can't access the pictures. Message is that the trial edition finished and we must register to continue using it. I tried to register many, many times, with an unlock code they sent me, but the pictures are still not accessible. Then I tried to upgrade to a more recent software, still in Adobe. I want my pictures.
Using Windows XP.

All it does is categorize them and show them the way you want, but only in Photo Album. You can always go the file that holds your photos, in Windows, and still access them.
Also, there are a number of free album software that you can download online. Just look at the download center on Cnet to find one.

You are suggesting that I upgrade. Have tried to upgrade and doesn't work. Is there a specific application I should try? The file that holds photos is in my Program files/Adobe/photoshop album starter edition/3.0/apps.
Have tried Photoshop Express, Flash Player Update. Thanks for your help.
