I can't understand how so many "smart" phones don't offer an option to search a calender. I am currently on a Palm 755p because I can't find a current phone that offer search capability and a physical keyboard (I'm aware that the iPhone's most current update made the whole phone searchable... but I need a keyboard - sry).
I bought the Pre just assuming it was searchable like every other Palm unit out thus far... Every time I see a Pre commercial or ad patting itself on the back for being so search friendly... I want to gag...
and how the hell is Blackberry able to promote business savvy without offering the ability to search their calender...
Am I NVTS Nuts? or doesn't this seem like an obvious feature?
In need of advice... for scheduling...
Best,
Lee
Check out that feature on a Windows Mobile enabled Verizon smartphone. Something like their Touch Pro 2 perhaps. The calendar entries should come up relatively quickly since they're essentially in plan or formatted text. You could check the verizon sub-forum @ Hofo as well for more specifics.
