Which website offer low price on computer, lap top, printer, printer inks, copy machine toner etc?
All website must be safe proof from hackers and must be legit or not be fake.
There are a handful of good sites online that offer both name brand (called "OEM") and "compatible" (generic) ink. You actually save a lot with the generic version, so if you're looking for cheap ink & toner, that might be the way to go.
This site is new, and has a bunch of the latest deals from the top sites for ink online. Looks like the biggest ones (4inkjets is probably the biggest) are having a 4th of july sale right now, with up to an extra 20% off plus free shipping:

here is another page that has the 20% off ink sale good till 7/06/09:

Ink definitely isn't getting cheap. I heard that some manufactueres are installing chips in their ink cartridges, preventing use of non oem cartridges. Is this true?

yeah... not to get off topic on this thread, but yes, I have heard that Printer manufacturers are trying ways to regain their monopoly on selling expensive name brand ink. The whole reason that you can buy a good printer for $99 is that it is a "loss-leader" giving them what used to be a guaranteed customer for ink.
They (companies like HP) are willing to lose money on the printer so that you buy their name-brand ink over the course of a couple years, & that's where they make their money back at a big profit margin. The generic ink is like prescription drugs from Canada - Very similar in quality, but half the price, and the shipping is often free! - Anyway, good luck! - K
There are a few excelent low-price remanufactured toner cartridge sites in the uk.
Heres a couple...

Hope this helps!
i am not interested in refills or re manufacture. I need the orginal or OEM inks.
...your local computer fairs, if they have them where you live, (Excaliber is great if you are in UK) or if you don't have fairs, try the refill/refurbish/remarket outlets - they will usually sell the ink and toner. Or look for a supplier to the professional print industry - their machines will be way beyond your budget but they do supply consumables in bulk.
You are unlikely to find original ink - the manufacturers make too much money selling their proprietary cartridges.
If you buy laser toner in bulk be extremely careful - mostly it's carcinogenic - the cartridges have the complex seals for a reason.

Some may argue the toners not as good. That's there arguement, I side on the side of low cost first and quality when I have too or need too, second.
I've been purchasing HP inks for my printer thru e-bay.
These are OEM inks and not generic brands. For example, This particular HP ink at OfficeDepot costs $38.99. From e-bay seller, the exact same ink was $22.00 - shipping included. Take a look.
If you have a Walgreen's nearby, ask if they have a ink refill center there.Good stuff.(only available in store)
Try <http://www.lasermonks.com>. They carry generic ink for all printers, and sell great candy and jams as well.
I only use genuine HP inks for my HP. I save a lot (33% to 50%) & get the very best prices by bidding for inks on Ebay.com
BTW, Consumer Reports had an interesting article on inks & can be retrieved if you're a subscriber.
It's also important to note that, when finding retailers for toner cartridges, to find someone who offers a warranty and flexible return policy. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't stand behind their products. Quikshiptoner (http://www.quikshiptoner.com) backs all of their products with a 6-Months warranty against cartridge failure or defect. Personally I think they have competitive prices and excellent live support, free toner for schools and offer free recycling too...
