Hands free calling in car

ok I have a 2008 Toyota camry and I have a bluetooth enabled phone. how do I connect it to the car to make calls.

I am assuming your Camry's audio supports Bluetooth connectivity. There's the Navi system that does, and the in-dash changer without Navi that does. Here is a link for the non-Navi instructional.
