I would like to send out announcements about my business website and I want to do it as a web page. What's the easiest way I can do this using Outlook? I am not sure if I just have to attach the web page to the email? But I want users to be able to open the email and the page is there in the body of the mail with all the links/buttons/graphics. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

At the office we strip all incoming email now to simple text. We had to do this to stop information leaks and some virus transmission. You can proceed on your path if you wish, but many places are implementing such email strippers.
Maybe a link to your website with all that graphic content will make your email get in without sending large emails?

I agree - most security conscience individuals and business will have html stripped from any emails sent to them. Virus, trojans, and such uses scripts in html emails to cause problems. Your best bet will be to provide a link to the page.
