I have a folder on my computer that contains slides I want to project using a projector in a talk I will be giving. Is there a way using the slide show program in xp to manually change the slides when I want, or is there a better program for this? I don't want to have to place each slide in powerpoint, too many.
thanks,
jerry
ACDSee is an excellent program for a speaker. Use a notebook or laptop computer with SVHS output instead of a DVD Player. You can use it to select each photo, photos are enhanced somewhat, and you can draw a square on the screen and zoom and pan to that size and location. This is perfect for showing text material or portions of the image you wish to focus attention while speaking. You do this with the left button on your mouse. You advance the photo by rolling the mouse wheel or the page up or down button on the keyboard.
