grannyb, i think your screwed. the system restoration disk doesnt even have XP in there. its just a disk you pop in if you delete some important file that screwes up your computer. though you can get illegal copy of XP everywhere. thats alwasy an option

You will also need a product key number in order to reinstall the operating system. Do you have that? If not, download, install and run Belarc and print out a copy. It will have the product key numbers for the software installed on your computer.
