You may be interested. DA investigator is trying to
explain rules. I am not sure he is very knowledgeable,
because I undestand how difficult to get data
recovered, or get search engines results recovered
back to 6 months after all were deleted. Looks like
author and expert did not understand what they are
talking about. I think only FBI can conduct this kind
recovery of data, in very important national security
cases. And this recovery job is very expensive.
In my case there were no any attempts to do any steps.
They just recover files from hard drive. Police do not
need to clear me. Their goal is to convict.
This is just one example of double thinking, low
qualification, and ignorance in law enforcements.
