Best Personal Media Center?Video Recorder

Since I saw a report on CNN about 3 weeks back, I have been interested in purchasing a Personal Media Center/Personal Video Recorder (PMC/PVR) and have read that the Archos new 80 GB model (AV480) is on the market now. But at around $700-$800, I wonder if it allows me the ability to: (1) Record from Satellite Coax/RF feed (I use StarChoice in Canada), (2) Transfer recordings I make on it from Satellite unto my Dell PC for archiving to a DVD+r, (3) Use "Bluetooth" or "InfraRed" to transfer pics from my Nokia Smartphone (cellular) directly to it.
Finally, any suggestions for the best deal to be found on it or if there is a better PVR/PMC on the market or coming within a month?
