criminal browser Hijack, Mitsubishi

I would like to send you some links to publications about my
criminal case. I worked for Mitsubishi Electric Automation in Vernon Hills, IL, USA.
My case are getting public attention now as an example of miscarriage
of justice. I could not defend myself, because I did not have enough
money for computer expert.
I was forced to confess for possession of child porn. I got browser
hijackers while browsing the web. I was redirected to illigal sites
against my will. Some illigal pictures were found on my hard drive only after
recovering in unallocated clusters, without dates of files
creation/download.
I do not know how can courts press widely on people to convict them,
while whole Internet is a mess.

which you have ... but you have an important issue here.

I once got caught by an automatic dialler and got a telephone bill of about $600.

Fortunately I was able to successfully dispute the case, whereas you (in far more serious circumstances) have been unable to.

I really do sympathize with you, but the general message is that even if you only surf apparently clean sites: you MUST have upfront protection, such as a good firewall, Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware.

You may be interested. DA investigator is trying to
explain rules. I am not sure he is very knowledgeable,
because I undestand how difficult to get data
recovered, or get search engines results recovered
back to 6 months after all were deleted. Looks like
author and expert did not understand what they are
talking about. I think only FBI can conduct this kind
recovery of data, in very important national security
cases. And this recovery job is very expensive.
In my case there were no any attempts to do any steps.
They just recover files from hard drive. Police do not
need to clear me. Their goal is to convict.
This is just one example of double thinking, low
qualification, and ignorance in law enforcements.
