Hi
Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of trojans,I have a few on my computer and can't get rid of them,I run windows xp, sp2, have adaware se, spybot s@d, spyware blaster, but have only just put these programs on, would appriciate any help that can be given
I use an ANTIVIRUS for such, but do look up HOUSECALL on google.com to see if it helps.

You could try getting Symantec, McAfee or another AV software package. Having a quality AV program is essential. Run a full system virus scan and the virus(es) will be quarantined. In the event that one file failed to be quarantined (that once happened to me):
1. record the file and its path
2. boot up in safe mode by repeatedly typing F8 while booting up
3. go to Explore and delete the file
4. delete the file from the Recylcing Bin
5. reboot

All that spyware stuff is fine and dandy, but you need an antivirus program. Spend $40 and get PC-Cillin 2005.
