I went to start/all programs/Microsoft Outlook and right clicked and then left clicked Pin to Start Menu.
Not sure what you mean. Let me explain a little more. My Outlook Express Icon is missing from the primary e-mail link. Click start/Oulook Express Icon under the main Internet Browser link.
Sorry I don't know what you mean by the main internet browser link.
If you hit start button, at the top the links for your internet browser and e-mail program. There is a envelope with an arrow icon for Outlook Express, I am missing that icon.
try this:
Go to
C:\program files\outlook express and right click on the envelope with the blue arrows and choose copy.
Now go to C:\ documents and settings(your Name) Start menu\Programs and paste,, see if thet puts it back..
To put a short cut of OE at the Start menu, but outside of All Programs, try this:
Find Outlook Express(msimn.exe) at
C:\program Files and right click on the envelope with the arrorws and create a short cut of it. Then right click the shortcut and chose 'cut'. Now right click the Start button and choose 'Open'. Hit Ctrl+V, or Edit> Paste. Close the Windows. Done.
