If you have GSM service with AT&T, your current SIM card in the phone should work fine in Puerto Rico. In Aruba, according to gsmworld.com, Aruba uses 900 and 1900MHZ frequencies, but the map looks like it uses 1900 more than 900. Providing you have GSM service, and have a GSM phone with a SIM card to operate on 1900, I believe you should be fine, unless someone tells me different otherwise. I haven't used AT&T, or any GSM service to know for sure. But I say you should be fine with the phone you have now, providing you have GSM service from AT&T. Now if you need a specific phone, I can't help you with that. I might give you bad advice as I don't care too much for phones from AT&T, especially with a chunk of their selection being Nokia and I think Nokia phones are the ugliest, and at least from my mom and sisters' experiences with Cingular, Nokia broke down a lot.
