I had paid for by online use of my credit card the licence for 1 year use of WinZip Version 12 and had downloaded the .exe file on my PC and installed it. Unfortunately last month my my hard disk became inoperable by the attack of a rogue spyware and needed to be replaced. Very little of the data could be be recovered by the speciality software from the affected disk.
I have bought a new hard disk and have reinstalled WIN XP ProSP3 and all other software that I had licenced CDs. How can I get back my WinZip .exe file and its licence that went away with the damaged hard disk?
I shall appreciate with heartfelt thanks, any suggestion from the members of this knowledgable forum.

If you can produce your original credit card receipt, that might work.
Or, there are many "zip" utilities out there that are totally free. XP has one included. I have one at my web site that is more powerful than Win Zip and has always been free. Get it here http://www.wayne2.net/software/software.htm It's Power Archiver. More free software that you might like also.
