Need good home sound system w/ CD player and iPod dock

I need help finding a good home sound system - meaning good sound for music, especially bass. It needs to have a CD player, iPod dock/charger, AM/FM radio, capable of playing iTunes wirelessly from a computer (I have an airport), with good speakers and sub. It would also be great if it had a DVD player that could show movies and photos on the TV as well as stream video. I already have a DVD player, so this last part is not completely necessary. The cheaper the better, but without sacrificing quality (around $130 - $300). I almost bought the iLive Home Music System with Subwoofer & Dock for iPod IH818B, but it got terrible reviews on Amazon so I didn't get it. It is exactly what I am looking for, but I want better quality. Any suggestions? Thanks!
